1. Must
cover the awrah (private parts)
2. Forbidden
for men to imitate women and women to imitate men
3. Manners
of Adornment
a. Men are forbidden to drag garment out of haughtiness and self-conceit
b. Wearing strange or extravagant clothing to draw attention
c. Forbidden for men to wear gold or silk
d. It is sunnah for the men to wear short clothing and the women long
e. Prohibition of wearing clothing with a picture of a being that has a soul
f. Start with the right side when putting on clothing
